The accession consists of thirteen black and white photographs of Sir Charles S. Wright, who served as Director of the Marine Physical Laboratory of the Scripps Institution of Oceanography from 1952-1955. The photographs include several portraits of Sir Charles S. Wright, and group photographs taken at naval laboratories and at McMurdo Station, Antarctica.
